100 Proof Mock Crash Makes an Impact on Seniors

     

    • It may have been fake, but for some, it sure felt real. A mock car crash designed to illustrate the dangers of drunken driving took place at Morrilton High School on Thursday, April 2nd. Several students who participated said it made an impression on them and reminded them of the importance of safe driving.
    • Drivers in the U.S. between the ages of 16 and 20 stand the second-highest chance of being involved in a fatal car crash, according to U.S. Census Bureau data from 2009. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 were involved in the most fatal accidents, the same data show.
